Welcome to The Carers Collective…
Where we understand the struggles of unpaid, everyday caring. Being a carer can be physically and mentally exhausting, not only from the daily responsibilities but also from the battles to be heard and recognized for the work you do, coupled with the lack of resources to help.
At The Carers Collective, we aim to empower and support carers like you by providing coaching and resources to help manage stress, burnout, and the day-to-day challenges of being a carer. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or needing new skills to manage your caring role, our coaching can help. We want to help you recognize the skills and resources you already have and discover the small steps you can take to move forward and cope with the day-to-day challenges of being a carer.
Don't suffer in silence, take the first step towards taking back your control and ask for help. Join our community of carers and let us support you on your journey.

How Our Programme Can Help
Whether you are stressed, exhausted, burnt out or needing new skills to manage your caring role, our Building Resilience & Wellbeing for Carers Programme can help.
Often carers are juggling many responsibilities which can become overwhelming and exhausting. Many carers speak of burn out, but in reality, simply working out how to do it all can be overwhelming.
Being honest about what you are dealing with and asking for help is the first step towards taking back your control.
Our 6 week programme aims to empower you to recognise the skills and resources you already have and to discover the small steps which you can take to help you move forward and cope with the day-to-day challenges of being a carer.
The Blog
We offer our Building Resilience & Wellbeing programme to those currently in a caring role.
The aim of these group sessions is to educate you about how your brain works and how you can both look after and build your mental resilience.
The coaching element of the session will support you to find solutions and to look at what changes you can make in your life to get back on track or stay on track.
The sessions will end with a guided relaxation. When in a deep relaxation, the subconscious mind becomes open and receptive to positive suggestion and reinforcement and positive suggestions are integrated much more effectively than is possible while your mind is alert.
Each group will have space for between 6-8 carers and the programme will consist of 6, 90 minutes sessions. These sessions will be delivered on a weekly basis, and are currently online via Zoom.
The Sessions are fully funded and we expect you to attend all 6 sessions. There will be a refundable deposit of £20 when you register. This will be returned to you at the end of the 6 sessions, or you can choose to donate it to Carers Collective.
